Our Adult Levels
Beginner Level - 1
Our Level-1 /Beginner Intro to Aerial Classes are for those who have never tried an arial class before, or who have had less than 8 classes. Our Level-1 classes rotate weekly on different aerial apparatus from Silks, Lyra, Rope, Sling, and Trapeze. You can find our what apparatus we are on each week by checking the apparatus rotation calendar under the “sign-up” tab.
*note- when registering for the first time, please register YOURSELF and not other adults. Please make sure to add your date of birth, cell number, and an emergency contact to your account. You will not be permitted to join a class until we have all of your information, and you have singed our digital waiver.
Levels 1.5 and 2
Level 1.5 are for students who have completed at least 8-24 Level-1 classes and who can mount or climb most apparatus with proficiency. Students at this level should feel comfortable in the air and be ready to really start breaking down technique.
Level-2 is our solid intermediate level. These students usually have taken classes for about a year, and feel ready for to focus on artistry as well as developing their technique.
All our Level’ed Classes that do not specify an apparatus in the class description will rotate apparatus weekly. Class rotations depend on the coaches specialites.
Levels 2.5 and 3
Level 2.5 is our Intermediate/Advanced and Level 3 is our Advanced Level. Most of our higher level classes are paired Level 2.5-3. These students are at ease in the air and have the stamina and strength to stay in the air for longer periods of time, to really explore each apparatus creatively and technically. These students have had a regular weekly practice for at least 2 years in most cases.
All our Level’ed Classes that do not specify an apparatus in the class description will rotate apparatus weekly. Class rotations depend on the coaches specialties.

NEW TO AERIAL OR ONLY HAVE A LITTLE EXPERIENCE? Please only sign up for a Level-1-Beginner or Intro class.
DROP-IN POLICIES:
If you are late enough to miss warm-up you may not participate in class! Warm-up is 10-15 minutes depending on what we are working on in class that day. You are welcome to watch your class, but we ask that you respect our other students and coaches by arriving on time.
Drop-in classes need a minimum to run 24 hours prior. If the class does not get enough to run we will cancel it 12-24 hours prior. For early classes we will usually hold the class open to give people more time. The class card will be returned to the account if a class does not run. Classes close for online enrollment 4 hours prior. (Email us to join if the window is closed.) Open gym closes 24 hours prior to insure current students only are enrolled. (Email us to join if the window is closed.)
We offer drop-in class cards from 1 to 20 class credits. These cards must be used over a 3-month period or they will expire. 30 day Class card extensions are available for $30. Email info@secretcirc.us to extend BEFORE the card expires. We can not extend already expired cards. We do not extend any Holiday Sale Cards or deals. Holiday cards expire 4-months from purchase date. No exceptions.
How Classes Work: All classes happening at the same time (with exception of kids-classes) warm-up together. So when you get to the studio please find a space that is out of the way of other classes or rigging, and at class start time we will invite everyone to start a warm-up. This will consist of some cardio, exercises that ready your body for movement pathways needed for your class, and joint mobilization. Warm-up is 10-15 minutes long depending on what we need to warm-up for class that day. If you get in and warm-up is in process, do 10 burpees and 20 squats before joining in. If you miss warm-up you can not join class! After warm-up we will gather in our class group for class!
