Our Classes

Kid Classes

Our kids’ classes begin with ages 6 years old for aerial and circus. These classes focus on balance, proprioception, strength, and fun! Our kids’ classes are held on Saturdays from at 10am, 11:15am, and 12:30pm. We have Session Enrollment where you sign up for a block of classes that meet at the same time each week to guarantee your spot, and Drop-in classes. Drop-in classes are for families who can’t make class every week, and can make their own schedule. However, Drop-in classes need a minimum of 2 students to run each week. If the class does not meet the minimum number of students, it will not run and your class pass will be returned for later use.

adult Beginner classes

Our adult beginner classes focus on giving you the best foundation possible for longevity in circus and aerial arts. For these Level-1 beginner classes, we offer weekly drop-in spots as well as session classes. If you want to grow, commitment is key! Our weekly classes will rotate through Trapeze, Silks, Sling, and Rope. These apparatuses will help you become a well-rounded aerialist. Every apparatus has skills that cross over, and our coaches know how to use each apparatus to help build the strength and knowledge you will need to progress on any apparatus. Beginners are also welcome in our Flexibility and Strength classes, Handstand Classes, Intro to Flying Pole, Into to Aerial Taster classes, and Intro to Cyr Wheel classes.

Want to just try a specific apparatus? Check out our apparatus rotation calendar and find a Level-1 Class that is on the apparatus of your choice that week! Each coach rotates weekly!

adult classes

We offer everything from a mixed-level Flying Pole class, Aerial dance choreo classs, to advanced dynamic classes. At all levels we offer drop-in classes for general classes that rotate each week through Rope, Silk, Sling, Trapeze, and sometimes Lyra, as well as longer 8–9-week sessions for those who want to keep their schedule and can commit to coming each week at a reduced rate.

Starting at level 1.5 we offer solo apparatus classes such as Lyra, Sling, Dance Trapeze, Static Trapeze, Rope, and Mixed Level Flying Pole classes. (These can change depending on demand and coaching availability.)

We also offer flex and conditioning classes for any level, as well as specialty classes like “low fly choreo”, “Beginner Aerial Dance”, “Flying Pole,” “Beats and Spins,” and other technique classes that will hone your skills and allow you extra time to discover, play, and learn more about the things you love. Our schedule is always evolving and changing depending on the educators available and/or visiting.

Check out our Apparatus Rotation Calendar to see what each coach is on daily.
