Solo or Small Group act submisson form

Interested in performing a solo or small group act in our Fall show this year? Please Fill out some info and we will be in touch shortly! Please understand selections will be based on working with you in the past, your apparatus choice, and how we think you could fit into the show- Soloists may work on their own but will be required to do weekly private lessons with a coach of their choice who is available, small groups must be in a class for small groups and soloists- if you can not make a time private lessons may also be an option.
